WebMonitor(以下简称“本应用”)是一款在设备本地运行的网页局部内容监控与数据看板工具。
- 无账号体系,不要求注册;
NSPrivacyTracking = false);
- 不读取你的通讯录、相册内容、位置、相机或麦克风,不请求或上传推送通知令牌(Push Token);
- 你的网站账号密码从不离开设备;
- 网站账号密码:你在网页登录过程中选择保存的凭据,存储于 iOS 系统钥匙串(Keychain),仅本设备可读取;
localStorage,存储于系统钥匙串;
- 监控配置:你添加的监控网址、追踪元素选择器、刷新间隔、历史记录及登录/取数步骤,存储于本应用本地沙盒内;

WebMonitor Privacy Policy (English)
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
WebMonitor ("the App") is an on-device webpage element monitoring and data board utility. This policy explains objectively how the App handles data and system permissions.
1. What We Do Not Collect
- No Account Required: The App does not require user registration or personal profiles.
- No Ads or Third-Party Tracking: The App contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics frameworks, and does not track you across apps or websites (
NSPrivacyTracking = false).
- No Access to Sensitive Device Data: The App does not read your contacts, photo library contents, location, camera, or microphone, and does not request or upload push notification tokens.
- Credentials Never Leave Your Device: Any website login credentials you save remain strictly on your device.
- No Third-Party Cloud AI: Page evaluation, automated login, and content extraction are executed locally on your device using rule-based scripts.
2. On-Device Data Storage & Permissions
The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party:
- Website Credentials: Login usernames and passwords you choose to save are stored in the iOS System Keychain, accessible only on your device.
- Web Session Snapshots: Cookies and
localStorage items saved to maintain login sessions for monitored pages are stored in the iOS System Keychain.
- Monitoring Configurations: Target URLs, tracked element selectors, refresh intervals, check history, and recorded login/extraction steps are stored locally within the App sandbox.
- Photo Library Write-Only Permission (
NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription): Used solely when you explicitly choose to save a login QR code from a webpage to your system Photos app. The App cannot read your photo library.
3. Network Requests
- Target Webpage Fetching: Your device connects directly to the webpage URLs you configure to check their contents and update card data and status prompts on the in-app board.
- Rule-Pack Update Checks: Once per day (or when manually triggered in Settings), the App queries the developer's server for updated page-recognition rule packs. This request transmits only the current rule version number and contains no user or monitoring data. Downloaded rule packs are verified via cryptographic signature before activation.
- Optional Run-Log Upload (Off by Default): Only if you explicitly enable "Upload Run Logs" in Settings → Logs & Diagnostics will the App upload redacted execution logs to help diagnose and improve page-recognition rules.
Redacted logs include page URLs (with query parameters scrubbed), page titles, short visible text snippets, button/link labels, and step outcomes. Emails, phone numbers, long numeric strings, and URL query parameters are replaced with placeholders on-device before upload. Logs never include passwords, text input values, cookies, or session tokens. You can disable this toggle at any time.
- Optional Operation-Trace Upload (Off by Default): Only if you explicitly enable "Upload Operation Traces to Improve Rules" in Settings → Logs & Diagnostics will the App upload anonymized step metadata to the developer's server to identify skippable steps. Suggested simplifications are tested locally on subsequent runs and automatically reverted if an error occurs.
Uploaded metadata is strictly limited to: action type (e.g., click, select), element type (e.g., tab, button), short button/tab labels (up to 20 characters, with saved usernames, emails, phone numbers, and numbers of 3+ digits masked on-device), structural page changes (page navigation flag, modal count, view title, URL path template such as /user/{id}/bill), registered domain (e.g., example.com), target value format (e.g., "number+GB"), and whether a suggested step simplification succeeded or failed.
It never includes credentials, user-typed input values, extracted monitoring values, body text, full URLs or query strings, cookies, or session tokens. Raw traces expire after 30 days, and step suggestions expire after 180 days.
You can turn off trace uploads at any time in Settings → Logs & Diagnostics, or tap "Delete Uploaded Data" in Settings to immediately delete all traces and results uploaded from your device.
4. Data Deletion
Deleting a card on the board removes its monitoring configuration, recorded login/extraction steps, and isolated session data; uninstalling the App removes all local data from your device. Uploaded operation traces can be deleted directly via Settings → Logs & Diagnostics → Delete Uploaded Data. To request deletion of uploaded run logs, please contact us via the email below.
5. Changes & Contact
